After majoring in Visual Journalism from Western Washington University, Mariko relocated to Japan to improve her Japanese language skills for a few years and returned to Seattle to start her profession in real estate.

While the rest of our team is helping you receive the best full customer service, showing you homes, and discussing strategies and sharing tips with you, you’ll find Tomoka working vigorously behind the scenes to coordinate vendors, and assisting in decluttering and selling your surplus furniture. Once you are into a contract or your offer has been accepted, the transaction is far from over. From here Tomoka will assist in communicating with you to monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes and ensure a unified and smooth escrow process all the way to closing. Tomoka grew up in Japan and has one beautiful daughter. In her free time, she loves to travel, go hiking, and eat delicious food.
